Returns

Returns are accepted for all orders within 14 days from the date of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the performance of the product, unless stated otherwise. We will provide a full refund of the original purchase price less shipping and handling. Processors must be in their original condition to be returned, and still be eligible for our warranty below.

What is Covered

This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions that occur on all processors sold on rosecitypcmods.wixsite.com/rcpcm. 
Processors with their integrated heatsink (“IHS”) removed ("delidded") by RCPCM are covered under this warranty.

What is Not Covered

Processors are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure perfect working condition. This warranty does not cover physical damage to the processor. Some examples of physical damage include missing components, processor edges warped or bent, processor identification information being removed from the IHS, and bent pins on AMD processors. Processors delidded by the end consumer are not covered by this warranty. Processors subjected to extreme cooling conditions (phase change, dry ice, LN2) are not covered by this warranty.

What RoseCityPCMods Will Do

RoseCityPCMods will replace any processor that proves to be defective. If available, a binned processor with similar specifications will be given. If a comparable sample is not available at the time, you will receive a processor of the same model instead.
